Ridiculous and Eugenic

According to Ruben Navarrette, a member of the editorial board of the San Diego Union-Tribune and a nationally syndicated columnist, the current stimulus plan has a raft of ridiculous accommodations to Democratic political pork. But worse, it also upholds some rather Nasty Eugenic Ideas.
